Introduction:
  GL5-100 dry granulator is developed by ourselves on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced dry granulating technics. The size and density are adjustable and it is automatically controlled by PLC. It is characterized by high yield percentage, working efficiency& automation, easy operation & maintenance, and low noise. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.
The machine is manufactured in accordance with GMP standard. The contacting part with materials is made of stainless steel, and the pinch rollers are made from special wear-resistant materials. It is simple and reasonable in structure, easy in cleaning and discharging without any stacking& dead angle.
Working principle:
1.Powder from the feeding mouth into the cylinder, through the screw conveying to the two horizontal direction between the pressure roller.
2.The material is extruded into thin slices by pressing roller and then broken into whole grains. The desired particles are obtained by changing different screens.
3.The machine has built-in screening device, which can distinguish qualified particles from fine powder.
Major institutions and functions
Machine Body
The body and part not contacting with materials are made of steel plate and cast.It is coated with stainless steel. The part contacting with materials is made of stainless steel . The main function of the body is supporting every part of the machine. Casters are set under the body.
Feeding Structure
Feeding equipment consists of feeding motor, synchronous belt, charging barrel and screw.The rotating speed of the screw can be adjusted by frequency converter. Adjust the rotating speed of pressing motor for different materials. 

Compressing Structure
The pressing structure consists of two pinch rollers arranged left and right, side seal panel and scraper. Two pinch rollers press the mateirals sent by the screw into schistoses.The side seal panels are closely clung to the pinch rollers to prevent the materials from leaking. The scraper is pressed on the pinch rollers to scrape the powders that are stuck on the pinch rollers. The machine adopts water cooling system to cool down the temperature produced by the pinch rollers.It is advanced and reasonable and cooling effect is reliable, and in accordance with the physical characteristics of powders. 

Crushing Structure
   The crushing structure consists of broken rotor cage .crushing box and sieve .The crushing blade crush the schistoses into small pieces and they drop off directly into the granulating box.  

Granulating Structure
The granulating structure consists of granulating cage, sieve and granulating box. Crushed blocks of materials come into the granulating  box and they are  extruded between the high-speed running granulating cage and sieve, thus the final granules are extruded from the  sieve.The  space  between  granulating  cage  and   sieve   is reasonable,which  ensures  stable  granulating  and  greatly  improves  the  granulating efficiency. Frequency controlling system greatly extends the range of granulation.

Vibration screening machine
The vibrating screen adopts the quick-release handle to connect the whole machine to a whole. The upper cover adopts the closed structure to effectively prevent the dust flying from the material during the sieving. Lower part of the screen body vibration motor installation, compact structure, lower using vibration shot blasting vibration, make the machine work under steady state, the vibration frequency is adjustable, according to the material properties to achieve the best effect of sieve.
