Introduction:
FP series distributor is the most advanced material transfer and ration transfer equipment introduced, digested and absorbed by our company from Europe which combined with the actual use of the original distributor of many users in China.
application:
This machine is suitable for transshipment storage and quantitative transportation of powdered and granular materials in pesticide (WDG), chemical, food, grain and other industries.
Working principle:
Powder, granular material stacked naturally balance, material stacked inclined plane and the ground will form a tend to fixed Angle, namely rest Angle.
Under the action of external force, the repose Angle decreases and the material stacking area expands. FP distributor USES this principle, through the special stirrer to make the material uniform to the four diffusion, and transport to the discharge port concentrated discharge. Thus the material in the distributor is not bridge, segregation, and quantitative discharge. Materials are added from the upper inlet and discharged from the lower lateral outlet.
