Introduction:

GL2-25 dry granulator is used for research, development, laboratory of small-scale production. Working principle:

1.Powder from the feeding mouth into the cylinder, through the screw conveying to the two horizontal direction between the pressure roller.

2.The material is extruded into thin slices by pressing roller and then broken into whole grains. The desired particles are obtained by changing different screens.

3.The machine has built-in screening device, which can distinguish qualified particles from fine powder.

Major institutions and functions

1.The feeding mechanism consists of a feeding motor, a synchronous belt pulley, a feeding barrel and a screw rod.The feeding motor drives the screw through the synchronous belt drive to push the material between the two pressure wheels.

2.The plate-pressing mechanism is composed of left and right two pressure wheels, side sealing plate, scraper, etc. The two pressure wheels rotating in the opposite .

3. The crushing mechanism is composed of crushing cutter, crushing cutter shaft, crushing box, screen and so on.The grinding motor is transferred to the grinding knife installed on the grinding cutter shaft through the belt pulley. The grinding knife cuts the pressed strip into small pieces and directly drops them into the whole grain box
 

4.The whole grain mechanism is composed of the whole grain rotating cage, screen screen, whole grain box and so on.The chopped block material enters into the granulator, which is squeezed by the high-speed rotating granulator cage and the sieve screen, and the finished particles are discharged from the sieve hole.The reasonable clearance between the pellet rotating cage and the screen makes the pellet more reliable and the pellet efficiency greatly improved.Variable frequency speed regulation greatly increases the range of pharmaceutical pellets.

5. The dust removal mechanism is composed of dust remover, dust bag and dust remover fan, etc. After the power on, the dust remover fan rotates at high speed and inhales the dust generated in the granulation process into the dust remover bag, greatly improving the working environment of the operator.
